This workshop is being delivered as part of the People Development Network. The ability to deliver responsive, customised services will depend in a large part on the composition, skills, understanding and commitment of a workforce.  The workshop will focus on the best practice examples from Achieving authorities on effective ways of attracting a diverse workforce and creating an inclusive workplace culture.

The event will be held at the Trinity Centre, Cambridge - a fully accessible venue with plenty of free car parking available. The venue is around 15 minutes away by taxi from Cambridge train station. Download directions
